Every athlete has different goals, strengths, limitations, resources and availability. Hold Fast Coaching provides customized training to maximize performance while considering all outside factors. Each training calendar is created to fit around your schedule, taking into consideration – family, work, and available time to train. At Hold Fast Coaching, there are three options. The Level 2 Plan is for the athlete looking for maximum guidance and flexibility with their training. The Level 1 Plan is an economical solution for those looking to improve their fitness but require a custom plan and guidance. The Fixed Plan is for the athlete that needs specific training guidance but does not require frequent changes or feedback.
